Are you passionate about using data to create a more equitable Aotearoa?
Wellington-based Nicholson Consulting is offering 10-week paid internships this summer for people who are curious about data, research, evaluation and creating positive change in Aotearoa.
This year, there are three potential internship projects based in our Wellington office:
- One focused on AI-assisted Māori Data Governance capability
- Two focused on unlocking the potential of Disability Data
Applications from tangata whenua, people with disabilities, and those with lived experience or strong connections to these kaupapa are encouraged.

Candidate requirements
☑️ Be a New Zealand or Australian citizen or resident, or have a valid work visa for full-time work in NZ
☑️ Be available from November to February (noting there will be a Christmas closure period, and we can offer some flexibility)
☑️ Be located in Wellington during this time
