Currently, there are 40 homes set aside for uri with no deadline. Whānau can access these via discounted rental, shared home ownership, or market affordable options.

Waikārapi, in Wairau, is the latest housing opportunity for whānau.
54 sections/properties are available exclusively to Te Tauihu uri at a discounted price. Although these will be launched to the wider market, whānau will still have plenty of time to complete their purchase as long as they register genuine interest.
