Waikāpari Open Day this Saturday
You are warmly invited to celebrate the official opening of Waikārapi!

Plenty of activities for the whānau
As well as celebrating the first Waikāpari homes being completed, this will be a fun afternoon for the whole whānau: there's a sausage sizzle, ice cream truck and coffee cart, with plenty of activities for the kids: get all the energy out on our bouncy castle, and let them have a go on our ‘be a digger driver’ demo.
Prizes will also be presented to the winners of the youth art competition, with their artworks proudly displayed on fencing.
Home tours
Walk the site, meet the team, and tour the first of our completed homes to understand the quality on offer at Waikārapi. Our build partners and sales teams will be on hand to answer any queries too.
