Special tribute performance at Kia Hūkere te Hoe!

Aunty Sue, Aunty Sarah and Whaea Ranui Young inspired Friday's tribute performance.

Ngā Kawe Mate o Te Āwhina Marae and those who have passed within our wider community since 2024 will be honoured at a special tribute performance “He Maimai Aroha” by Motueka whānau whanui on Friday afternoon at Kia Hūkere te Hoe.

Aunty Sue Taylor, Aunty Sarah Taylor and Whaea Ranui Young are the inspiration for the performance, which contains a medley of their favourite songs and is scheduled to start at 2:30pm.
