Te Āwhina Marae is currently maintaining our Papakāinga waitlist for future housing opportunities.
Our Papakāinga is about more than housing – it is about belonging, connection, and creating a strong future for current and future generations. It is a place where whānau can connect with community, contribute to our kaupapa, and be part of a supportive environment grounded in tikanga, manaakitanga and whanaungatanga.
If you or your whānau are interested in future housing opportunities at Te Āwhina Marae, we encourage you to register your interest by completing our Whānau Tenant Expression of Interest form.
