Cliff Saxton – Supporting whānau through Covid-19

We welcomed Cliff Saxton as Whānau Ora Navigator for the eight iwi of Te Tauihu last month. His main kaupapa is to support the Covid-19 recovery phase and the whānau of our eight iwi. With Covid-19 community transmission back in Aotearoa it may be a time of uncertainty for whānau far and wide. We want you to know tat support is available.

While Cliff is located at the Ngāti Kuia Office in Whakatū he is here to support all whānau wherever you are based. Some of the key areas Cliff is able to support you with are:

• Discussing job stability
• Housing issues
• Finding solutions to source support for kai and paying bills
• Mental health concerns
