Postponed: Te Aka Tairoa Communications Survey Wānanga
Update 30 August:
Due to the passing of Kiingi Tuuheitia, we have decided to postpone the wānanga. We will advise new dates as soon as possible.
Two engagement wānanga for whānau will be held in Auckland and Hamilton next month to support our Te Aka Tairoa communications research and to provide whānau an update on current projects and priorities for the rūnanga.
The wānanga will be held:

About the Wānanga
This is a chance for whanaungatanga and manaakitanga as we come together as Ngāti Rārua.
The wānanga will consist of a presentation on our research results, time for discussion and workshop activities.
There will also be a brief update from Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Rārua Manukura Olivia Hall and Pouwhakahaere Shane Graham.
About the Te Aka Tairoa project
Te Aka Tairoa is a research project of the Ngāti Rārua Iwi Trust to improve digital capabilities and connectivity across our whānau, hapū, marae and iwi networks. It will survey whānau and marae preferences, needs and expectations of digital services, and trial options to improve skills, confidence, access and safe interactions with online technologies and social media.
